Poids Plume runs entirely on the user's computer. No photograph, no file name and no usage statistic is sent to CEILINGO or to any third party. The licence is checked offline, by a cryptographic signature read locally. The software needs no Internet connection to work.
Conversely, the software removes from the photographs it processes the metadata they contain, including geolocation coordinates. The files produced therefore do not reveal where the picture was taken.
To process an order, the following data is recorded:
The legal basis for this processing is the performance of the sales contract, together with compliance with accounting and tax obligations.
Invoicing data is kept for ten years, as required by the French Commercial Code. The key issued stays linked to the order for the same period, so that it can be sent to you again if you lose it.
Order data is passed to no third party for commercial purposes. Payment is handled by PayPlug or by PayPal, depending on the method chosen, which receive the information needed to collect the payment and apply their own privacy policies. Card details never pass through CEILINGO's servers and are never recorded by CEILINGO.
The “Any question?” bubble answers from a fact sheet about the software. Your questions are not recorded. When the assistant is connected to Google's Gemini service, the text of the question, and it alone, is sent to Google to produce the answer, under Google's privacy policy; do not type personal data into it. Reading answers aloud uses your browser's speech synthesis, sending nothing. Dictation, if you switch it on, uses your browser's speech recognition service: the audio goes to that service, never to CEILINGO. A counter per address, erased after two hours, limits the number of questions per hour.
This website uses no advertising cookie, no third-party audience measurement tool and no social network button. No consent banner is needed, since there is nothing to consent to.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, within the limits of statutory accounting retention obligations. To exercise it, write to contact@ceilingo.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
